Batuan Temple

Batuan Temple is one of the most popular and beautiful village temples which is part of three major temples in a village that is called Tri Kahyangan, and designed with Balinese architecture with split gates, stone guardians, thatched shrines, and detailed carvings. The Batuan Temple, referred to locally as Pura Puseh Batuan is a focal landmark in the namesake village of Batuan, well-known for its traditional Balinese arts and paintings. one of three village temples dedicated to the gods of the Hindu trinity. As a classic example of a Balinese village temple trio that’s well located between south Bali and Ubud, Batuan Temple is a popular stop on Bali cultural and temple tours. The temple features a grand complex of shrines laid out within its 0.65Ha complex. Well preserved sandstone bas motifs and well-preserved traditional Balinese temple architecture are its main draws.

Tirta Empul Temple

Tirta Empul is a Balinese Hindu temple located in Manukaya village, Tampak Siring sub-district, Gianyar regency, Bali. The unique architecture and the presence of springs inside the temple make Tirta Empul temple attract many tourists. Built in the 10th-century, Tirta Empul temple is a Hindu Balinese water temple, and is considered sacred by the community. Worshippers take part in ancient cleansing rituals here and visitors are welcomed to join.

Kintamani

Kintamani is one of famous tourist object in Bali, perched in center part of paradise island on Bangli Regency. Kintamani is located in the north of Bali and in the locale of the volcano Mount Batur and its beautiful expanse of fresh water lake . The spectacular mountainous region around Kintamani – with its deep crater lake and bubbling hot springs make this region a must on any Bali itinerary. Lake Batur is the largest lake in Bali and the region offers some of the most spectacular views to be found anywhere on the island. Lake Batur also provides water for an underground network of streams and springs across the southern slopes of the mountain. This district is the earliest known Kingdom in Bali, dating from the 10th Century. The evening can get cool up here but it’s well worth the stay overnight to climb the volcano and watch the sun rises.

Monkey Forest

The Ubud Monkey Forest is a nature reserve and temple complex in Ubud, Bali. It houses approximately 340 monkeys which are known as long-tailed Macaques (Macaca fascicularis). There are four groups of monkeys each occupying different territories in the park. The Sacred Monkey Forest is a popular tourist attraction in Ubud and is often visited by over 10,000 tourists a month. The Monkey Forest Ubud has 3 temples, namely Dalem Agung Padangtegal Temple, Holy Spring Temple, and Prajapati Temple. The forest is owned by the Padangtegal community and is managed by Mandala Suci Wenara Wana Management. The purpose of the management is to keep sacred the place and promote the Monkey Forest Ubud as an international tourist destination.
