  • Swimming skills is not required to participate as the operator provides standard safety equipment and experienced instructor
  • For safety concerns, photographic equipment call phone and sports camera should be used during the activity

If you must cancel within this timeframe, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to manage reservations effectively.

  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours or No-Show:

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled trip or fail to show up, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. This policy helps us ensure the availability of our tours and maintain the high-quality service you expect.
