Ulundanu Temple
Ulundanu Situated west of Lake Bratan in Bedugul, Pura Ulun Danu Bratan is a 17th century temple dedicated to the Hindu trinity of Brahma-Vishnu-Shiva. Surrounded by the lake which gives it a
‘floating’ appearance, the temple is constructed in traditional Balinese style with tiered shrines to honour the Hindu gods. The backdrop of the Bedugul mountains makes this a picturesque site of religious worship.

Represent the Subak system as Bali’s Cultural Landscape which has been inscribed a UNESCO’s World Heritage Site in June 2012. Travel to its highlands, and you will be amazed by the beauty of the thousands of hectares of lush green paddy fields that cascade in terraces from the upper reaches of volcanoes down to the deep valleys below as if sculpted from the mountain side.

Batukaru Temple
Pura Luhur Batukaru is a Hindu temple in Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia. Located on the southern slope of Mount Batukaru, Bali’s second-highest volcano, the temple is one of nine kayangan jagat (directional temples) meant to protect Bali from evil spirits. Originally built during the 11th century, Pura Luhur Batukaru was dedicated to the ancestors of the rajas of Tabanan. It was destroyed in 1604, but rebuilt in 1959. The temple’s most important shrine is a 7-tiered meru dedicated to Mahadewa, the God of Mount Batukaru
Bali Butterfly Park
The Bali Butterfly Park, also known as Taman Kupu-Kupu Bali, is located in Wanasari, 6.5 kilometres north of the Tabanan regency. Bali Butterfly Park is a butterfly and insect conservation facility that boasts over 900 butterflies of different species as well as various other insects. The park also exhibits a collection of preserved butterfly and insect specimens in informative displays. Another display that is worth a look is the metamorphosis stages in which you can see the 4 stages of a butterfly’s life, from an egg, caterpillar, chrysalis, to butterfly.
