Note:
Please be ready at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Provide an operative local number and your Hotel/ Apartment’s Room Number.

- Tandem passenger must be 12 years or over
- Bring swimmers if you want to take a dip in the pool

- Cancellation Within 47 Hours to 24 Hours:
If you must cancel within this timeframe, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to manage reservations effectively.
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours or No-Show:
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled trip or fail to show up, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. This policy helps us ensure the availability of our tours and maintain the high-quality service you expect.
