  • We’ll bring you back to Sanur Harbour by 04:00 PM

To Nusa Penida Island:

  • Your Voyage will take approximately 45 minutes by boat
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Participants must be at least 10 Y/o
  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions

Important Notes: Condition Manta Point

  • Seasickness Caution: Manta Point can experience swell, and it’s possible for small children and those prone to motion sickness to feel seasick at this site.
  • Manta Point Visits: Occasionally, big waves or strong winds may prevent us from visiting Manta Point, home to the magnificent Manta Rays. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and while we strive to visit whenever possible, we can’t guarantee it.
  • Refund Policy: Please note that refunds cannot be provided in cases of seasickness or if we are unable to visit Manta Point. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Cancellation 48 Hours Before Departure:

No cancellation fees! We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to support your flexibility.

  • Cancellation Within 47 Hours to 24 Hours:

If you must cancel within this timeframe, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to manage reservations effectively.

  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours or No-Show:

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled trip or fail to show up, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. This policy helps us ensure the availability of our tours and maintain the high-quality service you expect.
